Financial Analyst at Johnson & Johnson in Uppsala

Adecco is now looking for a Financial Analyst for our client Johnson & Johnson in Uppsala! Are you an analytical and structured economist with experience in financial analysis and reporting? Do you want to contribute to improvement initiatives and support a global organization in the medical technology field? Then this is the position for you!

About the Assignment

As a Financial Analyst, you will be an important part of the Finance team and be responsible for analyzing manufacturing variances, functional costs, and reporting. You will support month-end closing, asset capitalization, and volume forecasting, as well as contribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing manufacturing variances and functional costs.
• Supporting asset capitalization and volume forecasting.
• Participating in month-end closing and reporting processes.
• Contributing to operational improvement initiatives and projects within Supply Chain Finance.

This is a consulting assignment with an immediate start and is expected to last for approximately 12 months. You will be employed by Adecco Sweden and work 80% on-site in Uppsala and 20% remote.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and good competence in Power BI.
• Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious:

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or cost accounting.

You are analytical, structured, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You enjoy working independently and have a high level of accuracy in your work.
